1. Our company’s Return & Exchange policy is limited to:
1.1 Delayed Delivery: The shipping service must verify that the package is significantly overdue.
1.2 Incorrect Product: The product delivered does not match the original order.
1.3 You have a 7-15 days window from the moment your order arrives to initiate an exchange request. To begin the process, you must first complete the Exchange & Returns Form. Once your request undergoes evaluation and gains approval from our team, you will receive notification via email. Upon confirmation from our team, you will have 7 days to send back your order. After receiving the returned package, we will dispatch the correct order within 7 days.
1.4 It’s important to note that the returned item must be in its original packaging, unused and in perfect, saleable condition.
- Return due to measurement issues: Please be aware that we do not accept returns related to measurement disputes. However we do offer an alteration service in case of measurement disputes where we offer delivery and collection as complementary.
