1.1 To commence the processing of Pre-Made and Custom-Made orders, you are required to make an initial payment of half the product’s price, with the remaining half to be paid upon the readiness of your order for shipment. Alternatively, you can opt to pay the entire price upfront, and we will initiate the order processing upon receipt of your payment. The choice of payment method is yours, depending on your preferences.

 

Please take note that if you select the two-payment option, you must submit the second half of the payment within a 4-week timeframe. Failure to complete the full payment within this specified period will result in the cancellation of your order, and no refund will be provided.

1.2 In the case of Ready-Made orders, it is necessary to make the full payment for your order upfront. We will then proceed with the shipping process upon the confirmation of your payment.

 

These distinctions—Pre-Made, Custom-Made, and Ready-Made—are utilized in accordance with the Terms and Conditions, serving as categorizations to describe the various order types and payment procedures.

    2. Product shipments will be processed on business days. International orders typically have a delivery time of approximately 3-5 business days to reach your specified destination. However, the actual delivery timeline may vary depending on the procedures of your country’s Customs Department. Should you find yourself in a situation where the delivery cannot be completed due to the absence of a recipient, promptly reaching out to the Courier Offices is crucial to ensure the timely and successful delivery of your much-anticipated purchase.   1. For measurement related discrepancies, we offer a modification service where we provide a complimentary shipping and delivery service.
